We do not rent or sell our list of customers to third parties. We will only communicate with you in ways which you have agreed to. You can opt in or out at anytime.
You can opt for email or no marketing communications at all.
We will not contact a "guest" customer for anything other than to do with an order or delivery.
We will only use your phone number to contact you if we have an urgent enquiry regarding a specific order.
Your credit & debit card details – These are not stored on our system and our staff cannot see the details in full.
Your details are held by our payment processing company & they are fully compliant with all regulations & laws
If you phone or post through your credit card details, we will not hold those on file & any record will be securely shredded after the transaction is complete.
We hold data & information on "Guest" customers for up to 6 months, to ensure there is no issue with an order or delivery. After this time all data & information will be deleted.
Account holders- We hold data & Information for 2 years from the date the account has been inactive. After this all data will be deleted.

We keep you up-to-date with special offers & products we think you'll like through emails.
If you want to change your email, just change it within 'My Account'.
We will not contact a "guest" customer for anything other than to do with an order or delivery.
We may pass your email address or telephone number to a courier service however, this will be solely for the purpose of updating you on the status of an outstanding order & these details will not be used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
