ECO-FRIENDLY SHOP is for delivery within  the uk please email info@ecofriendlyshop.co.uk if outside of this area.

We will endeavour to deliver within 7 days but please allow up to 14 days as we try and order & deliver as environmentally friendly as possible.

It is possible to collect your delivery if you prefer and omit the delivery charge, please call for date and time for collection from either here in Street or from an event/market we are attending.

Packaging

We aim to use as little packaging as possible and re-use packaging materials we receive from others. All Polystyrene used is recycled.

Price variations do occur occasionally and items will become unavailable, apologies if this occurs and please bear with us.
Notification will be given if an item is due to go out of stock if we know.
*Limited Stock* means there is a limited amount with the supplier & no renewal date set for that item.

Returns 

Faulty goods must be notified within 4 working days and returned within 7, a replacement will be ordered or money refunded for faulty goods only. Items that are the incorrect size must be returned in a saleable condition, a replacement size will be ordered where possible or an alternative will be found.

All handmade garments will vary if only slightly in pattern and dye due to the fact each item is lovingly hand made, there are slight variations within the sizes and as such the following an approximate size.

No refunds on sale items.
